Why Kabul?

A good question - why Kabul indeed - what has this to do with English PD services?

Bodd has had a miserable life. It was particularly hard as a child - people were nasty to her at home, and it wasn't much better at school. She was always left out of things, frequently got herself into trouble and often thought she was going crazy. She never got much help and was really in quite a mess by the time she was an adult.

She didn't help herself very much though - she was angry at anybody who tried to help her, and often ended up fighting off the only people who seemed to be on her side.

In 2002 the government noticed that there were a lot of people like Bodd, and decided to do something about it.

This blog is the story of where they are up to with that.
